Whether it is an outcome from a grievance investigation you have conducted, or you want to prevent the stress of a formal process to begin with, mediation can support people to resolve any tensions they may have.
You will receive a client call to discuss the referral.
Each party will also receive a call to provide information and answer any questions they may have.
We will facilitate a full day of mediation (for two people - it may take longer for more).
We produce mediation outcome agreements.
You will then receive a follow-up call four weeks after the mediation.
If you're not sure if mediation is appropriate, or one party is not in agreement, we can also facilitate conversations outside the mediation process.
Recruitment - We can audit your current practice, support with job descriptions and adverts, advertising, Applicant Tracking System management, guidance on appropriate selection activities, issuing offers and contracts.
Trouble shooting - Employee relations can be tricky. We can support by gathering information and providing guidance on good practice, as well as RAG rating any risk identified. We offer clear and objective action plans to ensure that risk is reduced.
HRIS - HR Information Systems keep all employee information and data in one place. They are easily managed and prevent human error that may occur when using spreadsheets etc. We can advise on the most appropriate system for your business needs and offer management of the system for you.
