Meet Laura Hartman
Laura is qualified in workplace mediation and advanced investigation skills, as well as holding the Level 7 in Strategic People Management.
Her background is in Adult Social Care, where she managed services for adults with learning and physical disabilities and mental health conditions. During this time she gained her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care – Adults pathway.
How I Work
My approach is grounded in clarity, fairness and practicality. I provide plain‑English HR advice, avoiding unnecessary jargon and focusing on solutions that work in real workplaces.

I am based in Leeds and work across the wider Yorkshire region, with remote HR support available where appropriate.
